Cancellation Policy – The Glossary by Kay At The Glossary by Kay, we value your time and strive to provide every guest with the highest quality service and experience. In order to respect the time of both our clients and our stylists, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 15% fee of the total service booked will be charged. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment without any notice will also result in a 15% fee of the scheduled service, and may require a deposit to book future appointments. We understand that life happens! If you have an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
